Swaging

Standing Rigging - Dawn Rigging offers their customers roller swaging and nicropress swaging as well as the Norseman or Sta-lok swage less terminals. We only use wire and fittings from leading manufacturers in the United States which allows us to guarantee the quality of materials that are used in making up standing rigging.
Swaging capacity: wire diameter 1/8” - 3/8” using stainless steel terminals. Nicropress: 1/8” to ¼”.

 

Rigging Inspections

A good survey provides you valuable information about your rig’s condition and quality.
An inspection of tangs, turnbuckles, chainplates, screws, bolts, terminal fittings, furlers clevis and cotter pins which can be done normally in a couple of hours will tell you what you need to know about the condition and safety of your rig.

Tuning

We provide tuning static or under sail.
